Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier seller agency designation in the country.  The SRS is conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®.  The designees are part of an elite group of real estate professionals in North America that have demonstrated exceptional skills in helping sellers with sale of homes.  All the designees are required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation, pass a comprehensive exam and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation indicates knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Certified Home Marketing Specialist Realtors who have been awarded the CHMS designation have the skills necessary to turn listings into sales. CHMS Realtors integrate marketing and staging to help every seller increase buyer appeal.

The prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation indicates a Realtor with advanced luxury home training. An ALHS Realtor has tools and techniques to provide the highest level of service to both luxury home buyers and sellers.
