The developer behind some of Plano’s most prominent Legacy-corridor projects plans to bring two more high-end office projects to the area.
KDC, a commercial real estate developer, and Gabriel Legacy, an investment firm, on Thursday announced an agreement to develop 53 acres of land in Plano’s Legacy Business Park.
The 53 acres spreads across two pieces of land in the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121 near Granite Park.
KDC, which has been developing in Plano for over 25 years, is also developing Liberty Mutual, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Toyota Motor North America’s headquarters at the southwest corner of the DNT and SH 121.
