Toyota, the largest car manufacturer in the world, decided in 2014 to move its current locations, which are spread across California, Kentucky, New York, and Washington, D.C., to one spot: Plano, TX. Reportedly, Plano offered Toyota millions of dollars in incentives for the move
As the Toyota employees are planning their move to Plano, Frisco, and surrounding cities, they are searching for homes in luxury neighborhoods, like Chapel Creek and Stonebriar in Frisco, and Willowbend in Plano real estate.
About 4,000 Toyota employees in California, Kentucky and New York have been asked to make the move to Plano. All of them have the same questions about the new home

Already, Toyota's Plano plot is beginning to look like a world-class corporate campus as it emerges from the dusty construction site just north of Dallas in anticipation of a migration of employees from the old headquarters in Southern California and from offices in Kentucky and New York.
The areas around Legacy West, the site of the new corporate campus, are preparing for the economic boom the relocation of some 4,000 Toyota employees will certainly bring. Phases of Toyota employee relocation will occur annually until the expected opening date sometime in 2017.
