The average sales price for new homes in McKinney in October 2017 was $130 per sq. ft. compared to $140 per sq. ft in September 2017. The average selling price 12 months ago was $133 per sq. ft.
Low inventory of resale homes has builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have many spec homes to sell, most are under contract.
