Median home price in this area was $365,000.
Highland Village - Highland Village is an affluent community located in Denton County on the outskirts of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. Highland Village is bordered on the north by Lake Lewisville, with many lakefront homes and homes with lake views. Median home price in this area was $400,000.
Celina - Halfway between Dallas and the Oklahoma border, Celina is situated in the center of North Texas’s most popular communities including McKinney, Gunter, and Prosper. Median home price in this area was $365,000.
Allen - Allen is #2 in MONEY's annual list of America's best towns! Allen offers a friendly community with exceptional schools, excellent city services and a nationally-recognized parks and recreation program. With four premier shopping destinations, an award-winning golf course, nearly 200 restaurants and our own 7,000-seat arena, our city boasts something for everyone. Median home price in this area was $340,000 in fall of 2019.
McKinney - Located 30 miles north of Dallas, McKinney is a picturesque city with a small-town feel that is quite different from the Metroplex's urban sprawl. Money Magazine ranked McKinney the #1 Best Place to Live in America in 2014. Median home price in this area was $327,000 in fall of 2019.

Lewisville – A population at 77,737 and proximity to Lewisville Lake have made it a recreational hub of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Conveniently located ten minutes north of DFW Airport along Interstate 35, Lewisville offers family-friendly attractions for residents and good Lewisville ISD schools. Median home price in this area was $280,000 in fall of 2019.
Irving - Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Irving offers convenient access to the DFW International Airport and the entire DFW Metroplex with a median sales price of $298,000. Irving includes the Las Colinas community, one of the first master-planned developments in the United States
Little Elm – Located along the northern and eastern shores of Lewisville Lake sales price in this area this fall was $278,000, with an average of $295,500.
Carrollton - With a diverse population, this area could be poised for growth in the coming years. The median sales price in this area this fall was $300,000, with an average of $320,000
